Francisco Illu is a SLC Utah based photographer. He has always had an interest in capturing moments rather than ‘good’ photos. Today’s Sleep is a project that he thought up one day lying in bed which would showcase all the thoughts one would have while sleeping the day away. Equipped with a Nikon Df, D700, and a F4; an Olympus XA, and a crudely functioning Hasselblad 500cm. Francisco has captured and put together this passion project.

For his portraits, Francisco utilizes his knowledge and experience to create warm, welcoming, and natural photos. Versed in natural light and strobe lights, Francisco is able to deliver amazing results. He is also proficient with his cameras to reduce wasted time on shoots to ensure that clients get as much shooting time and delivered photos on every session.
